Monthly Oracle Card

Our oracle draw for October is from a deck called Energy Oracle Cards by Sandra Ann Taylor. It is not specifically Celtic, but the card we drew of the horses certainly speaks to animal spirits and the belief in  animal energy which was important to the ancient Celtics.

This author has chosen horses in motion to signify ACTION, both a most powerful motivator in and of itself which can result in the  outcomes we wish to experience. I was just listening to a YouTube presentation on the eclipses and general astrology for the month of October and this card fits right in. We are coming off a two-year cycle and into a time for aspects to come together and offer new opportunities. According to astrology and now according to the serendipity of our card, I am feeling reinforced and re-energized. it is s time for me to begin anew.

To paraphrase the author: The two galloping horses illustrate the energy of action. The white one indicates the spirited inner work we have been doing and the black one represents the outer work that still needs to be done. Both are now on track. They await our action.

Note that while they are on track, they are not on a racetrack nor a training path. There is a freedom to the energy of their movement that is meant to compel us into action.
